IEEE Participating in UN Climate Change Conference (COP26)

IEEE is participating with observer status at the upcoming United Nation’s Framework Convention on Climate Change, also known as COP26, which is scheduled for 31 Oct.-12 Nov. in Glasgow.  IEEE Delegation representatives Bruno Meyer and Tariq Durrani will be part of an expert panel on 8 Nov. focused on “Actions for Clean Energy, Clean Materials & Energy Efficiency to Advance Ambitions & Solutions” and will be highlighting the important roles that engineers can play in delivering practical solutions to address climate change and adaptation.
