IEEE Holds European AI & Ethics Summit

aiIEEE’s European Public Policy Initiative is holding an AI & Ethics Summit in Brussels on 15 November 2016.   Entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Ethics – Who Does the Thinking?,” the Summit will bring together leading technologists, legal thinkers, philosophers, social scientists, manufacturers and policy makers for a series of key-note speeches and lively panel discussions.   Wojciech Wiewiórowski, Assistant Supervisor of the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS), will deliver the featured keynote.  Panel sessions will look at managing AI risk, programming human ethics, and addressing the social implications of AI.
