IEEE Hosts Panel on Global Internet Access at UN Sustainability Forum

The IEEE panel will explore how to connect and expand opportunities for the next 1.5 billion internet users by 2020.

The event is the UN’s first annual multi-stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the Sustainable Development Goals and is set for 6-7 June 2016 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York (USA). The 2016 STI Forum will address the topic “realizing the potential of science, technology and innovation for all to achieve the sustainable development goals.”
