Athens Roundtable Puts Global Focus on IEEE Work on Ethically-Aligned AI Design

The annual Athens Roundtable on AI and the Rule of Law, scheduled for 6-7 Dec. 2021, will bring together stakeholders from the EU, nation-states, the United Nations, and interested NGOs to discuss artificial intelligence, legal systems and functions, regulatory compliance and the rule of law.  The event is co-organized by IEEE and will feature speakers highlighting IEEE-SA’s initiative on ethically-aligned AI design and related standardization efforts.
